Does Mistbox have a warranty?

A full lifetime warranty is included with your subscription. All parts are UV tolerant and made to withstand the elements.

Is any maintenance required?

Mistbox requires 5 minutes of maintenance a year. Filters are automatically drop shipped to your door when it's time for a new one.

I have two AC units, can I use one Mistbox for them both?

Unfortunately, no. One Mistbox is required for each unit. Due to the fact that the AC units do not run concurrently, each needs it’s own Mistbox to determine misting times.

Will Mistbox add humidity to my home?

Absolutely not. The pre-cooled outside air never enters your home, but is cycled through your unit outside to cool the refrigerant. Also, our algorithms were designed to guard against short cycling your unit to ensure it runs enough to adequately dry out your home.

Will Mistbox work on AC units of any size?

Our unique, patented misting manifold allows the tubing length to be adjusted to any size AC unit.
